The SENSIGRAPH system is for:
Monitoring temperature and humidity in places where produce or devices sensitive to precise
environmental parameters are kept.
Notifying about breaking safe temperature and humidity thresholds.
Ensuring safety of products like foodstuffs, flowers, servers, cigarettes, etc.
The system can be accessed through a website and via a web browser on any mobile device with Internet access (PC, tablet, smartphone). The website’s layout adapts to a particular device.
The alarm is activated when the conditions saved in the alarm configuration in SENSIGRAPH’S control are detected. For example: “Temperature higher than 25” means that an alarm will be triggered after the sensor detects a temperature above 25 degrees Celsius..
Each and every notification is sent after a time defined in the alarm’s configuration has passed. This period of time, called the “alarm delay”, can be set for 30 seconds, 1, 5, 30 minutes, or 2 hours and it starts running the moment the alarm is activated.
The notification is sent automatically by the SENSIGRAPH system via e-mail or text message. In the system, you can specify the way you want to receive notifications, or you can choose both methods. You can also choose to notify a chain of users and define a method for each one of them.
The SENSIGRAPH system enables alarm escalation. It is possible to set time intervals between alarm notifications by configuring the frequency of notifications for a given alarm. Recurring notifications with the same information will be sent until the cause that triggered the alarm ceases to exist or the alarm gets deactivated by the user. After the cause of the alarm is eliminated the user is able to set the alarm again. Alarm escalation is a method which ensures no alarm can remain unnoticed. The system will notify a specified user or group of users about any value exceeding the user-defined safe threshold.
Check if the base is correctly connected to the Internet and power source. Ensure the base’s Internet cable is not damaged and that the Internet connection is working correctly.
You need to configure the alarm to go off when sensor signal strength is below the safe level of 10%.
Each sensor has an AA battery. The user may independently and easily replace batteries. Service work is not required for this. The time a sensor is able to run on one set of batteries depends on its conditions of use. In order to maximize battery lifetime you must strictly follow the rules in the manual for using sensors. We recommend using high-quality batteries.
You can see the battery charge of a sensor at any time after logging into the user panel.
You must configure the alarm to go off when the battery charge is below 25%. This will give you sufficient time to replace the batteries.
The number of sensors that can work at the same time is unlimited. Though you should remember to maintain the right number of bases to ensure reliable transfer of data to the system.
The range depends on many factors just like any other wireless network. Our clients have successfully used the sensors in large warehouses (50 x 50 m) and medium-size shops (30 x 10 m). Seamless range is 50 metres.
The SENSIGRAPH devices use the 868 MHz radio transfer standard. It is a handy and effective method. Our clients do not have to lay cables on their premises. Moreover, the above radio transfer standard is characterized by a range which is greater than the Wi-Fi standard.
Until they have a working battery, the sensors store data in a continuous manner independently of their connection to base station (the base). The moment a sensor gets within the range of a power supplied base station the data stored will be sent to the system.
