SOLUTIONS

Sensigraph is a cloud-based environmental monitoring system.

SENSIGRAPH is a system of distributed sensors integrated with a data analysis system. We offer a measuring tool and a platform which enables registration, monitoring, analysis and data archiving as well as informing about unwanted occurrences.

Online data access

  • Monitoring temperature and humidity.
  • Battery charge level and sensor signal strength control.
  • Location choice.

Alarms and notifications

  • Setting thresholds for alarm activation for a measured value.
  • Automatic alarm notifications sent via text message and e-mail.
  • Setting delays and frequency of notifications.
  • An option to escalate alarms in a user chain.

Reports

  • Generating reports for given sensors and measured parameters.
  • The measurement log can be exported to XLS or CSV formats according to the set-up frequency for recording measured data.
  • Creating immediate reports for inspection authorities.

Analysis

  • Historical data analysis.
  • List of measured values, average results and alarm thresholds.
  • Event log.
  • Sensor network condition.

Data archiving

  • Cloud data archiving.
  • Secure storing.
  • Unrestricted access.

Location

  • Sensor locations displayed on a map.
  • Location alarms displayed on a map.
  • Identifying sensors which stopped working.

The crucial element of the system is the sensor. It is a small device powered by a standard AA battery. Each sensor is actually a set of two temperature and humidity sensors. If required by the client, more sensors can be added.

Each sensor communicates wirelessly with an access point - a device which collects information from many sensors. Its aim is to send collected measurements through an Internet connection to the web platform. The access point can also conduct initial data processing and check their conformity. The sensor stores data until they are correctly sent to the portal at Sensigaph.com where data correctness is acknowledged by the access points.

Temperature and humidity sensors.

  • Wireless communication within up to 30 meters.
  • Temperature measurement range from -35°C to 85°C.
  • Humidity measurement range from 0 to 100%.
  • Free choice of settings for measurement frequency.
  • Power supply - two AA batteries (included).
  • Dimensions: 71 x 71 x 27 mm.

Sensor access point

  • Interface: Ethernet (RJ45).
  • Supports SD cards (up to 16 GB).
  • Supports DHCP.
  • 5V power supply adaptor compatible with EN 60950-1 (included).
  • Dimensions: 91 x 57 x 21 mm.
